The Problem
A multi-building campus running aging lighting across a mix of interior and exterior fixtures. Different buildings had different fixture vintages, different maintenance intervals, and no unified controls layer. Energy waste compounded across the site.
The Approach
We audited every fixture across the campus, designed a unified LED specification, and layered wireless per-fixture controls for occupancy sensing, scheduling, and dimming. Install was phased around campus operations. Every fixture was commissioned and verified against the design spec before handoff.
The Results
The campus now runs on a single, coordinated lighting and controls system. Occupancy sensing eliminates run-time in empty spaces, scheduling handles daily cycles, and dimming reduces output when full light is not needed. Post-install verification confirmed the design targets.
